Single-row full complement cylindrical roller bear |
|
Model: |
Full complement cylindrical roller bearings incorporate a maximum number of rollers and are therefore suitable for very heavy radial loads. However, they cannot operate at the same high speeds as caged design cylindrical roller bearings. |

Model: |
Depending on the existence of ribs on their rings, cylindrical roller bearings are classified into the following types.
The most widely used is the single-row cylindrical roller bearing with cage. They can be classified by ribs as N, NU, NJ, NF, NUP, series etc.
Double-row cylindrical roller bearings, caged, mainly of the NNU and NN designs.
Multi-row cylindrical roller bearings, caged.
Single row full complement cylindrical bearings, mainly of the NCF and NJG designs.
Double row full complement cylindrical bearings, mainly of the NNF design.
Multi-row full complement cylindrical bearings, with four or eight rows of rollers.

FC, FCD and FCDP type four-row cylindrical bea |
|
Model: |
The cylindrical bearings have high precision, low noise and oscillation, strong rigidity, can support high radial loads and, due to the cage, are suitable for higher speeds than the full complement designs.
Being able to carry heavy radial load, FC, FCD and FCDP type four-row cylindrical bearing is widely applied in rolling mill.

817 / 1180 Cylindrical bearing part 1 |
|
Model: |
The cylindrical bearings have high precision, low noise and oscillation, strong rigidity, can support high radial loads and, due to the cage, are suitable for higher speeds than the full complement designs. Their rotary speed is relatively lower than that of those with the same overall dimensions.
