In order to maintain the finished bearings with best quality and integrity during delivery and storage, all of our bearings are packed tightly and precisely, including inner packing and outer packing.

1) Inner packing

The bearings coated with the preservative and packed in inner packing can be stored in their original packing for many years, and be well protected against corrosion and contamination

2) Outer packing

outer packing facilitates transportation safe and makes storage easy. for outer diameter of bearings less than 200mm. generally uses cartons or wooden boxes to ensure the bearings can withstand and afford pressure.

Before shipment, the finished bearings should be lined properly in cartons/wooden boxes, in which the interspaces need to be filled up with non-corrosive materials, such as paper corrugated board or plastic plate, in order to protect bearings from damages during transportation.

Finally, the wooden boxes should be fastened with steel tapes, while the cartons should be sealed with scotch tapes or kraft paper tapes, and then be bound by nylon tapes.
